Before you ship, let us know what you need repaired, and how you want it mended. Once approved, mail us your item with the carrier of your choice. Once your item is repaired, we will ship it back to you.
Make sure to wash your items before sending them in for repair!

Drop Off: Pay for service at drop off. Items that are based on hourly rate can be paid for at time of pick up.
Mail in items: After approval, mail us your item using the carrier of your choice. After your item is repaired, Fault Line Stitching will calculate the return shipping using the least expensive option available. You will get an email or text with an invoice for the cost of the repair plus return shipping. Your item will be sent back once payments is received.
When will I get my gear back?
Once it’s in the door, our repair time is generally two-three weeks.
